A4 size twistwrap book mailers for packing A4 sized books, documents, catalogues, and more. Cardboard twist packaging is a secure design of book wrap packaging that twists to give cross dimensional fluting for extra stiff book mailers.
A high speed A4 twist wrap in a useful 315mm x 223mm size that can pack items up to 90mm thick such as games, toys, books, and electronics. These cardboard twist wraps are very rigid because of the cross dimensional fluting created by the 90 degree twist action. Cross dimensional fluting means that the fluting on the inside panels go one way and the fluting on the outside panels go at 90 degrees. This makes the twist wrap a lot more rigid than other styles of book wraps.
Our A4 twist wraps are also very fast to pack with. An A4 book can be packed very quickly in just 20 seconds, much faster than other types of packaging that offer the same level of protection. The self seal strip makes this possible, enabling the cardboard pack to be sealed closed quickly and easily without using any tape.
