Our Tuftwist® twist wrap mailers are manufactured in the UK from strong corrugated cardboard in a SMART fluting profile — thicker and stronger than standard twist wrap mailers from most competitors. The cruciform twist design turns the fluting through 90 degrees, creating cross-dimensional strength and crumple zones at the corners for maximum protection in transit.

The inside flaps are secured with our strong peel & seal adhesive as well as the outside flaps to make sure your products reach your customer in perfect condition. The twist style cruciform construction of our Tuftwist® twist wraps makes them ideal as multi-scored mailing packaging for eCommerce stores. If you are an online store you can use twist wrap mailers for dispatching multi-sized online orders as the length and height can be adjusted to suit the products being packed. Tightly wrapped items also mean you don't have to use any voidfill so makes packing much faster and cheaper. Our lil' twistwraps such as the number 3 twistwrap can be used for small items like cosmetics and jewellery. Self Seal Twist Wrap Mailers

Our range of self-seal twist wrap mailers are twist-action cardboard wraps with a peel & seal glue strip. The self seal strip is a high tack glue strip covered by a silicone backing paper that can be removed to expose the glue underneath. This glue strip can then be used to seal the twist wrap closed for a strong high security seal. Sealing twist wrap packaging with a self seal glue strip looks more professional than sealing with tape, the finished pack looks neat and tidy. Our cardboard twist packaging also has a quick and easy tear open strip for frustration free packaging.

Frequently Asked Questions on Twist Wraps

Q. Should I use Twist wraps or standard Book Wraps?
Twist wraps give an extra layer of security and strength when compared to standard book wraps. You should use twist wraps if your products are heavy and risk pushing the inside flaps out, as they have an extra seal strip on the inside flaps to keep them from popping out. Also, if your items are at risk of bending & creasing use twist wraps as they are more rigid than standard book wraps.

Q. What Royal Mail size category do Tuftwist® twist wrap mailers fall into?
It depends on the size. Our smaller Tuftwist® sizes (TP03 and TP05) fall within Royal Mail's Large Letter category at their minimum depth. The mid-range sizes (TP07 and TP09) fall within Small Parcel at maximum depth. Always check the current Royal Mail Pricing in Proportion (PiP) guide to confirm postage costs for your specific size and depth combination. We manufacture these in the UK which means we can also produce custom sizes and bespoke printed versions at competitive prices.

Q. Do you stock the L-EG range of twistwraps?
We don't currently stock the L-EG range of twistwraps, however our sizes are very similar. If our size range doesn't work for you we can make these to special order so get in touch with our sales team for more information.
