275mm x 213mm twist wraps are a useful size book mailer for hardbacked books, samples, small games, electronics, and other similar size items up to 90mm thick. With twist wraps you can alter the length and depth of the mailer to fit the items to be packed. This size adjustment allows you to wrap your items snugly to prevent movement, and removes the need for void filling and other protective packaging. The key twisting feature rotates the corrugated direction to give cross dimensional fluting. Rotated fluting like this makes the book mailer stronger and more resistant to creasing than book wraps that have corrugated flutes going all in the same direction.
Twist wraps are very fast to pack with. Compared to using a standard carton, you can use twist style packaging to pack up to 5 times quicker! To use a twist wrap, firstly rotate the smaller side of the twist wrap using the triangular piece in the middle to form a cross shape, next wrap the horizontal inner cardboard flaps around the length of the item, then wrap the vertical outer flaps around, and secure the postal pack with the self seal strip. This peel & seal glue strip creates a strong tamper evident seal to keep the contents safely contained during their journey to your customer.
