Double Laminated Bubble Wrap Two layers of bubble wrap sandwiched inside a polythene barrier, giving significantly more puncture and impact resistance than standard bubble wrap. Ideal for heavy, sharp-edged, or particularly fragile items.

Self-Adhesive Bubble Wrap Designed for applications where the bubble wrap needs to stick directly to your product — it peels off cleanly afterwards with no adhesive residue left behind. Useful for surface protection during manufacturing, transit, or storage.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between 10mm and 25mm bubble wrap?
10mm (small bubble) is more flexible and better for wrapping irregular shapes or filling voids. 25mm (large bubble) gives deeper cushioning and suits heavier or more fragile items, but is less flexible around tight corners.

Is bubble wrap recyclable?
Standard plastic bubble wrap can be recycled, but not through most kerbside collections — check for a soft plastics drop-off point (many supermarkets have one). Our paper bubble wrap and eComWrap™ range can go straight in with cardboard recycling if you'd rather avoid this step entirely.

How do I know how much bubble wrap I need?
Step 1 — Width: Measure your item's longest dimension, then add 100–200mm so you have enough to fold over the edges. That total is the width of bubble wrap to use.
Step 2 — Length: Measure your item's width and depth, then double that figure — this gives you enough bubble wrap to wrap one full layer around the item.
Step 3 — Allowance: Add another 100–200mm to that length so the ends overlap when you join them.
Step 4 — Multiple layers: Want extra protection? Multiply your final length by the number of layers you need — for example, for 3 layers of wrap, multiply by 3.

Can I get bubble wrap on large rolls for machine use?
