Damaged Goods - Refund or Replace
Goods delivered damaged must be signed ‘damaged’ on receipt of the delivery and photographed and advised within 3 days of receiving the goods, these will then be replaced or credited.
Unwanted Goods - Restocking Charge
Goods ordered but unwanted will incur a re-stocking charge of 20%. If item is a non-stock item, may incur a disposal charge.
Products defaced, damaged or relabelled cannot be returned.
